All MOKO items are created with the utmost care in our workshop. To guarantee their longevity, we recommend that you follow a few simple rules:

  • Wipe regularly with a soft, dry cloth
  • Protect the product from heavy rain;
  • Avoid all contact with oily products, products containing solvents or alcohol (perfume for example);
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to bright light;
  • Be careful not to scratch or rub the product against abrasive surfaces;
  • Natural brass will oxidize over time, turning darker, more muted color.  Wipe the brass with a clean paper to give it some shine.
  • After use, we recommend storing your bag in a case, away from light, humidity, and heat.      

After your order is placed, MOKO artisans begin creating the piece exclusively for you — our way of standing against global overproduction and caring for the planet.

Production takes 10 days, after which the piece is shipped to its new owner.
